A request for help from Australia

The website project team has received a request for help from Richa Gupta, a behavioural scientist working for the Roads and Traffic Authority of New South Wales, Australia.

"Currently I am carrying out research on local government road safety initiatives, in particular looking at their effectiveness," Richa says in an email. "From your website I see that in the UK and Scotland you run many initiatives of this sort.

"What I am really interested in finding out is about successful behavioural change projects at a local level. Any information that you have on evaluations of these strategies that may highlight best practices/guidelines for developing practical strategies would be very much appreciated," Richa adds.
