DES resources available in run-up to festive season

The Portman Group has teamed up with the British Beer and Pub Association (BBPA) to give DES another push over the Christmas and New Year season. Hundreds of ‘I’ll be DES: the designated driver’ resource packs are currently available to RSOs for anti drink-drive work.

Packed in prominently branded conference bags, the DES packs include t-shirts, baseball caps, flyers with dispensers, key fobs and stickers to help encourage groups of drinkers always to nominate a non-drinking driver.

The award winning DES campaign was launched in 1999 and the ‘I’ll be DES’ message has already reached hundreds of thousands of people via RSOs, police officers and licensees right across the UK.
