Order process improved for Think! displays

The Think! team has developed a new online order form for its mobile exhibition displays, which are used by RSOs at events across England, Scotland and Wales.

"The order form can be completed and sent off electronically," explains Britta Priebe, assistant publicity manager. "The form includes pictures of all the display graphics we have available, and the text on the graphics, so RSOs will know exactly what they are ordering."

The displays are supplied free of charge and RSOs usually order between one and three, depending on the size of the event. Once the order has been received an email confirmation is forwarded within three working days, and shortly before the delivery date the contractor that manages the displays confirms the time and place of delivery.

They displays are then delivered and set up by the contractor at the agreed venue, and afterwards are dismantled and collected.

"The new order form also contains a list of suggested leaflets that can be ordered to complement each set of graphics to cover different campaign areas – for example drink drive, fatigue, slow down, child car seats - and gives the option of ordering a display that is safe and suitable for outdoor use," Britta Priebe adds.
