DfT requests RSO support at Superbikes
The DfT is asking for RSO support at the remaining rounds of this season's British Superbikes (BSB).
"The DfT has invested heavily in the British Superbike series to deliver safety messages to all riders, but especially riders of sport bikes," explains Gareth Tuffery, principal RSO at the London Borough of Southwark. "The sponsorship includes THINK! advertising on the bikes and at trackside, and police and road safety professionals attend each round to work in partnership to promote safer riding."
The remaining BSB dates are as follows:-
Croft: 12/13 August
Cadwell Park: 27/28 August
Silverstone: 16/17 September
Brands Hatch: 30/1 September
Admission on the day is free of charge for RSOs volunteering to support the THINK! team.
