The graphics cover the entire side and rear of two buses. A special film allows passengers to see out while the message is visible to everyone on the outside. "The buses are a great way of promoting road safety directly to a large number of road users on a daily basis," said Roger Miller, deputy leader of Leicestershire County Council. Leicestershire Police recorded 76 injury collisions involving drivers or passengers who were not wearing a seat belt during 2004, and a further 56 to date in 2005.
