JRSOs were thanked for their enthusiasm and hard work at Transport for London's third annual Street Safe Live Awards on 7 July.
More than 400 JRSOs from schools right across London attended the event, highlighting the popularity of the JRSO scheme, which encourages primary schools to appoint pupils as road safety champions.
The day had a 'High Street Musical' theme with interactive activities revolving around road safety messages, and a fun performance by TfL officers of the popular teen musical.
The day culminated with an awards ceremony in which JRSOs were recognised for the innovative ways they've helped spread road safety messages among their peers.
