Lancashire’s RideSafe BackSafe team is urging city commuters on two wheels to wrap up this summer to reduce minor injuries and collisions.
Spokesperson Karen Delaney says: “We are trying to prevent unnecessary injuries, but wearing the right clothing improves your mind-set for the ride as well. Motorcycle clothing manufacturers now use tough, breathable fabrics, vented panels and a range of other features to keep the rider protected, cool and comfortable.“
