Smart show tours Croydon

Children_smart_tours
The Smart Brothers have just finished a theatre in education tour of more than 60 primary schools in Croydon.

The brothers, Jason and Stewart, included in the show messages relevant to road safety issues in individual Wards and schools in Croydon.

Susan Martin, RSO, says: “Croydon has a very diverse, ever-changing population and the road safety messages delivered in this show can be easily understood, even if English is not the audience’s first language.”

The show also promoted the role of the JRSO by involving them in it. The road safety team also encouraged schools to invite parents and carers to the show, to allow them to see the road safety education their children receive, and take on board the messages.

For further information contact Susan Martin.
