New campaign targets speeding motorists

Speed_sscp_amy

A new campaign warning motorists about the potentially fatal consequences of speeding is running across Surrey.

The Surrey Safety Camera Partnership campaign shows a young girl crying and asks drivers: ‘How would you tell Amy that you’ve killed her parents?’. The design is being used on bus backs and posters, and a radio advert is also planned.

Communications manager, Adrian Creek, said: “We want to make drivers think carefully about the very serious consequences if they drive too fast.”
