Campaign scoops PR award

Other_licence_to_kill_award
Licence to Kill?, a theatre and film production targeting young drivers in Kent and Medway, has won a gold award in the Chartered Institute of Public Relations Pride Awards.

The production - aimed at year 12 and 13 students - demonstrates the potentially deadly consequences of driving dangerously. It draws its power from the personal testimonies of emergency service crew who have witnessed the carnage first hand, and those that have suffered the loss of a loved one and been involved themselves in collisions on the roads.

Stuart Skilton, head of community safety for Kent Fire and Rescue said: ”The initiative is a fantastic example of partnership working and its success is due to an enormous amount of effort from everyone involved. We are really proud to have received such a prestigious award.”
