Ospreys back drink drive campaign

Drink_drive_ospreys
Swansea Ospreys’ rugby stars are backing Swansea Council's Xmas drink drive campaign.

RSOs have visited hundreds of pubs and clubs in the city, handing out bar runners carrying a ‘don’t drink and drive’ message.

Ashleigh Walters, Swansea’s RSO said: “Our aim is to discourage anyone from consuming alcohol if they have the car. Seeing the message in front of them when they visit the bar will hopefully make them think twice.”

Huw Bennett, Wales and Ospreys, said: "It’s not just at Christmas that motorists need to act responsibly - it needs to be put into practice all year round."

For further information contact Ashleigh Walters on 01792 636283.
