New scheme for Norfolk’s young drivers

YOUNG_DRIVERS_NEW_SCHEME_NORFOLK
Norfolk’s road safety team has recently replaced its Nordrive scheme - which has run for more than 15 years - with a new 'Young Driver Experience'.

'Young Driver Experience' is designed to give the driver experience, help and guidance with their driving, address the risks associated with driving - and improve the safety of drivers, passengers and other road users.

The programme includes four hours individual training over two sessions, and on successful completion the driver is offered free skid avoidance training. They will also be offered up to 25% discount from a local insurance broker and a £50 voucher which can be redeemed against their first premium. The scheme is locally supported by the DSA.
